So thankful for Juliette’s help and expertise during our first home purchase! We found her through a recommendation from a friend who worked with her two years ago. She listened to our wants and needs from the start, and made us believe we’d be able to find the “perfect fit” home for our family without having to compromise on the most important factors – and she was right! Thanks to Juliette and a bit of good luck, our first offer was accepted in this very unpredictable and competitive housing market. Her solid advice, quick action (she was so fast on submitting our offer and responding to emails and texts, I don’t know when she ever sleeps!), and positive energy made all the difference.

Juliette was amazing!! She was very genuine from the start and didn’t try to sales talk us at all. She just listened to what we were looking for, gave us good advice on how to proceed, and was quick to help us put in an offer on our house. Then when we had issues with our loan officer and almost lost our house she referred us to an amazing loan officer that made the buying process so quick and easy, we got an amazing deal and closed earlier than expected! She was excellent at communicating with us throughout the whole process too! I highly recommend Juliette, we felt like she was looking out for us the whole time and had our back when some hiccups came up and we couln’t be more thankful that we had the pleasure of working with her!

Juliette was amazing! I was fearful of buying a home as a first time home buyer. She showed me properties in my price range and preferred areas, she showed me homes right away and made sure all my questions were asked. She encouraged me away from bad areas (flooding concerns) and ensured I understood everything I was looking at. I found a house I liked and she counseled me on my offer and other ideas to cut back on final closing costs and repairs. I got frequent texts and calls from her simply to check in and see how I was doing (just for me, not even about the home!). I really enjoyed working with her and she made everything a breeze, there was no such thing as a silly question and she texted or called after hours to ensure I was heard and helped. I would highly recommend Juliette for anyone buying a home.
